Registration Information

Intake

Your child’s name will be placed on a waiting list either via Baby or Toddler Group or because you have contacted us asking us to do so. We endeavour to take children in at the start of the term during which their third birthday falls. However, this is not always possible if there is a larger number of older children. We will keep you informed during the term that your child reaches 2½.

Registration

When a place becomes available for your child, you will be contacted by telephone.

At that point, you will be asked if you are prepared to download the documents on-line or prefer to receive them in hard format via the post. You will also be sent a letter or e-mail confirming the sessions available to your child.

Upon receipt of the e-mail or letter, we would ask that you complete the registration form below, read the Parent/Helper Information sheet and print off the Term dates for your information. If your child is funded, you must also ensure you have read the Fair Processing Notice as this is a document published by Cornwall County Council about how they use the data you provide them.

You may complete your registration form and e-mail it back to us. We will ask you to sign it at your child’s first playgroup session.
